FAQ

How does one reconstitute peptides?

Reconstitution is the process of adding bacteriostatic water to freeze-dried peptide powder to prepare it for use. Start by wiping the rubber stoppers on both the peptide vial and the water vial with an alcohol swab. Draw your desired amount of bacteriostatic water into a syringe, then insert the needle at an angle and let the water run slowly down the inside wall of the vial rather than injecting it directly onto the powder, which helps preserve the peptide structure. Gently swirl or roll the vial to dissolve the powder, and avoid shaking, since this can cause it to denature. The solution should end up clear (unless your specific product is naturally cloudy, in which case check the product page). Once mixed, refrigerate immediately, note the reconstitution date on the vial, and use within the recommended window for that peptide, since stability varies by product. The amount of water you add depends on the vial's total mg and your intended dosing, so check our reconstitution calculator below to figure out the right ratio for your needs.

How much is in each vial?

Each kit contains 10 vials. The milligram amount listed (e.g. 10mg/vial) refers to the amount per individual vial. Therefore, ordering a 10mg kit provides a total of 100mg of the active peptide across all 10 vials. For example, a 5mg/vial kit delivers 50mg total, while a 50mg/vial kit delivers 500mg total.

Do you offer individual vials?

No. We operate on a wholesale-only model. Minimum order quantities apply — please contact us for current bulk pricing, MOQs, and available catalog.

Why don't all of your products have testing?

Not all products currently have recent independent lab testing because third-party analysis (such as Janoshik COAs) is extremely expensive.

We prioritize testing on our core, high-volume items and continue to expand coverage. Specific recent COAs are available on request. Thank you for your understanding.

Can these be used in humans or animals?

No. All products are sold strictly for in vitro laboratory research and scientific experimentation only. They are not for human or animal consumption, not for therapeutic use, not for diagnostic use, and are not sterile injectables intended for medical or veterinary applications. They have not been approved by the FDA or any other regulatory body for human or animal use.

What is your return policy?

Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds and the inability to verify storage/handling conditions after shipment, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases required by law.

If your order arrives damaged (e.g., broken vial/seal) or you received the wrong item, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Verified issues will be replaced at no extra cost.

How do I find a certificate of analysis?

Every batch is independently tested by Janoshik Analytical. Full COAs (HPLC, mass spectrometry, etc.) are provided with every wholesale order or available upon request. Contact support with your order number or lot details.

Are your products tested?

Yes. All batches are independently tested by Janoshik Analytical for purity and identity. Detailed COAs are included with your order.

How should I store the compounds?

Lyophilized (powder) form: Store in a cool, dry place. For long-term stability, keep at -20°C in a frost-free freezer, protected from light and moisture. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Reconstituted solutions: Use promptly or store refrigerated (2–8°C) for short-term use. Stability varies by peptide — refer to the specific COA.
Always use sterile techniques when handling.

How fast do orders ship?

Wholesale orders are processed within 1–4 business days after payment and verification. Shipping times vary due to international sourcing for many items (domestic warehouses often short-supplied). Tracking is provided upon shipment.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no product names, descriptions, or logos on the exterior. Bulk packaging ensures safe transit and privacy.
