Gently swirl or roll the vial to dissolve the powder, and avoid shaking, since this can cause it to denature. The solution should end up clear (unless your specific product is naturally cloudy, in which case check the product page). Once mixed, refrigerate immediately, note the reconstitution date on the vial, and use within the recommended window for that peptide, since stability varies by product.
